About Your Orthodontist

Dr. Dorie Eger loves creating beautiful, happy smiles! She is uniquely trained as a specialist in both Periodontics and Orthodontics. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1995, graduating first in her class. Continuing her studies at the University of MD Dental School, she completed postgraduate residency programs in both Periodontics and Orthodontics in 1997 and 2001 respectively. Along with certificates in both of these areas, she earned her Master of Science in Oral Biology.

Dr. Eger limits her practice to Orthodontics, but enjoys the multi-specialty setting at Fusion Dental Waldorf, and collaboration with her local dental colleagues in providing exceptional care. She has been providing orthodontic care to Fusion Dental patients since 2009. Dr. Eger has been working in the dental field since the age of 16 and thoroughly enjoys her patients, her practice, and her profession.
